We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing cases, and ensuring service requests are dispatched appropriately to the assigned branch. Communicates effectively with colleagues, customers and branches to resolve concerns. Enters and maintains new client set-up information and all client account data changes in corporate database system(s). Ensures all relevant tasks associated with all National Accounts are completed in accordance with contractual obligations.
Daily Case Management: Handle 40-60 cases per day in Salesforce, responding to emails regarding scheduling technicians for service appointments.
Case Assignment: Efficiently assign cases from the queue and manage them through completion.
Scheduling Technicians: Coordinate and schedule technicians to perform services, with costs ranging from $300 to $10,000.
Work Order Creation: Generate work orders in Mission, IRIS, and PestPac systems, ensuring all scheduling details are accurately recorded.
Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and technicians to ensure smooth service delivery.
Proficiency in Salesforce and other scheduling software (Mission, IRIS, PestPac). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Previous experience in administrative support or scheduling is preferred.
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
