Responsibilities

  • Lead by example by engaging and interacting with customers
  • Train and mentor Associates on front end principles
  • Coach Associates on personalizing the customer experience and promoting loyalty programs
  • Address customer concerns promptly and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Communicate effectively with management and Associates

Qualifications

  • 1 year of retail experience
  • 6 months of leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of merchandising techniques
  • Capable of multi-tasking and responding to changes effectively
