Serve as the escalation point for complex technical inquiries, collaborate with Engineering and Product teams, manage bug reports, and implement power-up features.

Qualifications

5-7 years experience in L2 technical support in a SaaS environment, proficient in Azure DevOps, API knowledge, HTML/CSS/JavaScript proficiency, and strong technical writing skills.
