Join us as a Clinical Supervisor and help shape teams that provide life-changing support to youth and families in crisis.
Work effectively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to support the overall quality and operations of the program. Provide supervision, training, professional development, and oversight of clinical, direct care and/or administrative support staff. Manage staff to complete operational, compliance, and billing requirements. Provide consultation and training to program staff, caregivers, partners, and other providers. Utilize crisis communication and de-escalation techniques as per Seneca's Equilibrium model training.
Master?s degree in Social Work/Psychology/Counseling. 2 years post clinical licensure: California LCSW, MFT, PhD. Strong written and verbal skills. Experience in supervising employees. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Ability to work with a diverse population of clients. At least 21 years of age. TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies? insurance policy.
Additional compensation provided upon passing bilingual language proficiency exam. Salary increases each year. $2000 sign-on bonus. Mileage reimbursement.
