We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our luxury skincare team in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty retail, customer relationship management, and team leadership.

Establish, train, and manage the Beauty Advisor team in the region
Maintain customer relationships and resolve issues to improve satisfaction
Sell in various customer activities and implement event activities

5+ years of offline beauty retail experience
