Job Description

Join our team at Luminys Systems Corporation as a Warehouse Assistant Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient processes and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.

Responsibilities

Oversee a team of warehouse workers, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
Provide training and support to ensure high productivity and safety standards.
Monitor inventory levels and accuracy, coordinate with Warehouse Manager on discrepancies.
Supervise receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
Enforce safety practices and regulations within the warehouse.
Develop and implement efficient workflows to improve productivity.
Generate reports on inventory levels, orders, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

3+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse environment.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems and basic computer skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds safely.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of safety standards and best practices.
Forklift certification is a plus.
Bilingual Chinese is a plus.
