Job Description

The Packaging Specialist is responsible for palletizing, wrapping, and preparing products for shipping in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Pull and process orders according to sales order and production docket.
Pack products to meet shipping requirements.
Review order instructions and package bundles to specific requirements utilizing PaceJet.
Operate electric pallet jack.
Maintain a clean work area.
Stack, band, and wrap pallets for shipping.
Weigh and record all non FTL orders.
Scan all items per skid into PaceJet.
Ensure compliance to quality, 6S, and OSHA programs.

Qualifications

1-3 years packaging experience preferred.
High school graduate or GED equivalent.
Basic computer, reading, and math skills required.
Dependability.
Good communication skills.
Team Player.
Customer focused.
