Job Description

BSN SPORTS is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead for the 2nd shift to support the Operations team in ensuring operational success through achieving safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.

Responsibilities

Create a safe and healthy working environment for team members
Communicate and resolve daily productivity, quality, and delivery issues
Coach and train team members on department SOPs
Identify process improvements and encourage suggestions from team members
Resolve conflicts within the department

Qualifications

Desire to learn and grow
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and organization
Computer literate with Microsoft Office proficiency
High school diploma or equivalent
