Load truck if directedAdd or remove DOT marks and labels, and other labeling efforts that do not impact FDA labeling requirementsDetailed knowledge of SOP measures and proceduresFollow guidelines to ensure clean, orderly, visualized workplaceEnsure timely and accurate reporting of KPI data to Team LeadComplete damage forms as needed and promptly submit to Associate CoordinatorConduct pre-trip forklift inspection, note and report discrepancies. Operate equipment safely; store and recharge according to DC procedure, water batteries bi-weeklyEight to ten hours shift includes repetitive heavy lifting and machine operation.
