Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests in the theater proactively.
  • Provide excellent customer service by guiding guests through the menu and upselling.
  • Process food orders accurately and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Handle payments responsibly and process paperwork efficiently.
  • Assist with crowd control, seating, and resolving guest complaints.
  • Participate in trainings and meetings as required.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • 1+ years of full-service serving experience.
  • ServSafe, Food Handler, and Alcohol certifications required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
  • Flexible availability including holidays and weekends.
