Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complex inquiries and payroll issues. Assist with audits and data validation. Partner with Product team for improvements. Document and refine processes for scalability and compliance. Provide support to customers and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

5+ years of payroll operations experience. Strong understanding of payroll processes and tax compliance. Payroll certification is a plus. Exceptional problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and improve operational processes.
