Join R1, the leading provider of technology-driven solutions for hospitals, health systems, and medical groups. As a Workforce Management Analyst, you will be responsible for WFM tasks in the MFS Department.
Attendance review, scheduling functions, preparation of key reporting items with a strong focus on data analytics and process improvement.
Reconciles attendance daily with employee timesheets against schedule and time in/time out reporting.
Manages changes to scheduling to ensure adequate daily resource coverage.
Communicate with management and operations team to ensure compliance with company standards.
Processes management requests for modifications of scheduling events (meetings/training, etc.).
Use accuracy of schedule measurements for continuous improvement, including making recommendations to improve scheduling efficiency and team member satisfaction.
Communicates and works with staff members and management.
SQL or PowerBI experience
Proficiency with Excel (Pivot table, vlookup)
Effective communicator
Strategical analytical thinking
