Job Description

The Restaurant Assistant Manager assists the Restaurant Manager with daily operations of the restaurant, supervises the team in their absence, and ensures high standards of service.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest service
Conduct second interviews for team members
Maintain a clean restaurant environment
Ensure food items are prepared according to standards
Complete cash, sales, and inventory control records
Guarantee a safe environment for team members and guests

Qualifications

Availability during all hours of operation
Valid state Driver's License
Excellent communication skills
Motivates, coaches, and leads team members
Acts with integrity and positive attitude
Ability to work well under pressure
