Job Description

John Betlem Heating, Cooling and Electric is seeking a Parts Specialist to join their team in Rochester, NY. This role involves assisting in warehouse duties, quoting customers, fulfilling purchase orders, and maintaining organization.

Responsibilities

Quoting parts/labor for jobs
Calling customers for pricing approval
Ordering parts
Organizing paperwork through the quoting process
Being the direct point of contact by phone for all technicians in the field
Contacting customers to schedule return visits to complete jobs
Warehouse Organization
Inventory Stocking
Operating forklift

Qualifications

Outstanding customer service
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Clear and effective communication
Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and insulation parts
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Clean, valid driver's license
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
