Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet production metrics on automated production machines.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
  • Perform basic data entry and quality checks.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and updates in SOPs and job plans.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to EH&S initiatives.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2-4 years of experience in operations/manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in business systems and mechanical skills.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Additional skills in math, problem-solving, and GMP knowledge.
