Join CBRE as an HR PeopleSoft Analyst to work on initiatives across the portfolio of People processes and systems, delivering People Operations Services. This role involves strategizing, streamlining processes, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring compliance and improvements.
Develop and construct processes to support Mid life cycle activities within the People organization within CBRE.
Assist with Mid Life Cycle tower initiatives and supports the architecting of People processes and systems.
Conduct detailed research via stakeholder meetings to identify where process improvements can be made.
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with People Systems and Processes.
Experience in HCM, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Mobility, and Time & Payroll.
Expertise in Process Mapping, Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, and Solution Design principles preferred.
