Join Jacoby & Meyers as an Intake Specialist to personally assist individuals in need of legal help. Use your sales and customer service skills to qualify leads and provide valuable assistance.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for leads seeking legal assistance
Evaluate case viability and make a lasting impression on clients
Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions
Convert qualified leads into retained clients through sales skills
Participate in continuous training to stay updated on best practices

Qualifications

Previous sales or personal injury experience preferred
Excellent verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
Empathy, persuasion, and time management abilities
Bilingual fluency in Spanish required
Open to feedback and adaptable to changes
