Responsibilities

Manage and monitor new hire training program effectiveness
Assess training needs of new hires and existing employees
Maintain training records and discuss plans with employees
Provide instruction, coaching, and counseling to improve performance
Conduct annual safety re-training courses

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of related experience
