McKesson is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Trainer to manage and monitor the new hire training program for effectiveness.

Manage and monitor the new hire training program for effectiveness. Program should continue to evaluate and measure productivity and quality.
Works closely with management to assess training needs of both new hires and existing employees.
Maintain training records and discuss training plans with employees and employee’s supervisor.
Observes trainee performance and provides instruction, coaching and counseling to improve performance.
Provides annual safety re-training courses in order to meet company and government compliance policies.
Performs other projects as assigned.

Typically requires 3+ years of related experience.
Knowledge of McKesson warehouse processes, procedures, products, programs, and services
Knowledge of wholesale, production, and/or manufacturing industry
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours
Good PC skills required
