Job Description

Join our team at TownTasks as an HR Specialist (Bilingual Chinese) to support key human resources functions and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment, including working with staffing agencies to source qualified candidates.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Maintain and update employee records, benefits, and payroll documentation.
Assist with onboarding, training, and development programs.
Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support performance management and disciplinary actions as needed.
Coordinate HR-related administrative tasks, including documentation and reporting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with staffing agencies to meet fluctuating workforce demands.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of HR experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or e-commerce.
Experience working with staffing agencies to fulfill hiring needs.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee benefits, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
