Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers with inquiries, provide solutions to problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls from customers and address their inquiries and issues.
  • Explain products, services, and policies to customers to help them make informed decisions.
  • Handle customer complaints and find suitable resolutions.
  • Document customer feedback for service improvement.
  • Provide after-sales support, including product repairs, returns, and warranty claims.
  • Assist customers with product usage problems and offer technical support.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments or supervisors when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in call center or telephone customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and a passion for customer service.
  • Fluency in English.
