Job Description

Join our team as a Warehouse Associate at CaleresOne D in Chino, CA. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented and able to work efficiently to ensure the smooth operation of our facility.

Responsibilities

Assure property safety procedures are followed
Comply with company policies at all times
Maintain facilities and ensure housekeeping standards are met
Meet or exceed Labor standards/KPIs
Process inventory transactions accurately
Operate equipment required for work area
Pack cartons neatly and apply correct shipping labels
Perform quality assurance and value add activities
Resolve operational issues and communicate errors
Identify opportunities for improvement
Conduct training and participate in cross-training activities
Maintain equipment and supplies
Perform 5 S Audit and safety inspections
Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
0-2 years of experience in a distribution environment
Experience using RF devices
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Able to work on feet for entire shift
Capable of basic math
Remain calm in high-pressure situations
Ability to work extended hours or days
