Job Description

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Responsibilities

Provide training and create work schedules.
Evaluate the performance of workers.
Prepare production or sales reports for management.
Act as a contact person for employees.
Develop employees and encourage advancement.

Qualifications

One year of food and beverage leadership experience.
Previous grill cook experience preferred.
