Bottega Louie is seeking a Door Person / Security professional to join our team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities

Responsible for greeting guests and providing direction as needed
Monitors entry and exit doors to ensure only guests enter
Reinforce company standards including uniform, grooming, and timeliness
Cultivating relationships with guests
Assist in investigating and resolving guest complaints
Ensure merchandising and displays adhere to specifications

Qualifications

Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively
Passion for providing high level of hospitality
Prior experience in restaurant, hotel, or concierge
Professional appearance and adherence to standards
Comfortable in fast-paced environment
Ability to adapt schedule as needed
