Job Description

Join Oppizi as a Marketing Events Coordinator / City Manager to manage distribution of flyers operations in downtown Miami and surrounding suburbs.

Responsibilities

  • Onsite Management: Responsible for ensuring Brand Ambassadors are performing up to standards, proactively finding ways to improve campaigns, and maintaining communication.
  • Planning resources: Draft weekly rosters for Brand Ambassadors based on weekly analysis.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze distribution data to determine effective team deployment.
  • City Mapping: Continuously map the city to identify best distribution locations.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of campaign material and storage facility.
  • Perfect operations: Ensure operations are running as per standards, report to Ops team, confirm Brand Ambassadors, and make onsite decisions.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of operations experience with on-site management
  • In-depth knowledge of Miami with 6+ years of residency
  • Car, laptop, and phone with good battery stamina required
  • Strong experience in Excel or Google Spreadsheets
  • Good communication skills and team management
  • Comfortable with fast-paced environment and relationship building
