Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager at Swatch, where you will be responsible for providing leadership in our retail store, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and support sales objectives
Operate a specialty retail store daily
Work with Store Manager to lead a high-functioning team
Set standards for customer service and sales volume
Maintain visual merchandising standards
Develop and motivate staff
Protect company assets

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in an Assistant Manager position
Team-oriented and creative problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Sense of responsibility and accountability
