Join our team at UPMC Hamot as a Food Services Team Leader, overseeing daily operations and leading a team of associates to deliver exceptional food service.
Supervise hourly associates and ensure adherence to UPMC policies and procedures. Oversee inventory security and cash revenues. Train and coach team members. Monitor food safety program. Supervise services according to department standards. Perform quality control checks. Conduct service recovery on customer complaints. Monitor food quantity and quality. Ensure sanitation program compliance.
Two (2) years of relevant experience required. HS Diploma/GED preferred. Certification in food protection management required within 6 months of hire.
