Job Description

Join TJ Maxx as a Front End Coordinator responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience at the front of the store. Lead a team of Associates, engage with customers, and maintain store organization.

Responsibilities

Oversee front-end team ensuring prompt customer service
Engage with customers and maintain store cleanliness
Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles
Address customer concerns promptly
Support POS coverage needs and coordinate breaks
Ensure tasks are executed according to store plan

Qualifications

1 year retail and 6 months leadership experience
Strong merchandising understanding
Effective communication and organizational skills
Able to work flexible schedule
Capable of multi-tasking
