Job Description

As a Family Visitation Aide at Clarvida, you will be responsible for supporting children under DCFS guardianship by transporting them to family visits and essential appointments. You will work closely with Child Welfare Case managers and Therapists to coordinate schedules, supervise visits, and maintain detailed reports on each supervised visit.

Responsibilities

Transport children to family visits and essential appointments
Coordinate schedules with Child Welfare Case managers and Therapists
Supervise visits and maintain detailed reports
Communicate important observations to the treatment team

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Experience working with children or youth preferred
Willingness to complete a physical exam and TB (PPD) test
Valid State Driver's License and automobile insurance
