Responsibilities

Manage operational staff day-to-day, including training, coaching, and mentoring
Demonstrate commitment to creating a safe workplace
Responsible for branch's profit & loss
Focus on customer experience, compliance, productivity, and profitability
Support achievement of top-line sales goals
Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and regulatory requirements
Interview, hire, and onboard branch staff

Qualifications

2+ years of Management experience
P&L experience preferred
1+ years of building materials experience preferred
Experience with CRM, Salesforce preferred
College degree desirable
Motivated, proactive, high attention to detail
Ability to make sound business decisions in fast-paced environment
