Join one of the largest manufacturers of child safety equipment in the Metro area as a Customer Service Representative.
Review and process customer inquiries
Review and process customer returns
Act as a resource for returned goods and provide support to customers and internal team members for related inquiries
Process and respond to customer questions for deductions on returns, requirements, and other needs
Communicate credit date commitments to customers
Answer questions regarding returns policies, procedures, and research extenuating circumstances
2+ years of customer service experience within a call center environment (preferred within manufacturing or logistics)
Bilingual in Spanish is nice to have
ERP Experience is preferred
