Job Description

Potbelly Sandwich Shop is seeking a Shift Leader to lead a team according to Potbelly values, ensuring outstanding product quality, customer service, and sales growth.

Responsibilities

Lead team members on shifts efficiently assigning tasks and providing feedback.
Ensure security and procedural standards are followed.
Prepare quality finished products efficiently.
Comply with health and safety standards.
Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
Handle customer complaints/issues.

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
At least 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
Ability to stand/walk for 8-9 hours and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Food safety certification required within 30 days of employment.
