Job Description

Supervises and coordinates activities of employees engaged in warehouse operations to ensure timely distribution of products.

Responsibilities

Manage labor setup and execution for shift operations.
Oversee receiving and unloading process for inbound shipments.
Monitor stacking, order selecting process, and loading of products.
Apply communication and motivational techniques in leading and coaching employees.
Coordinate training and certification for specialized job assignments.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated skills in leadership, organization, and communication.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of warehouse practices and Microsoft Office software.
