Job Description

Portland Leather Goods is seeking an experienced and driven Recruiter to join our HR team. This remote position will support our company's expansion into retail markets nationwide.

Responsibilities

Own the full-cycle recruiting process for all departments
Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews
Ensure diverse and inclusive hiring practices

Qualifications

2+ years of recruiting or HR experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proven success in full-cycle recruiting
Strong communication and organizational skills
Passion for hiring the right people
