Job Description

Houlihan Lokey is seeking a Corporate Alumni Coordinator to maintain and enhance relationships between the organization and former employees.

Responsibilities

  • Administering strategies to keep former employees connected to the company.
  • Coordinating communication channels for sharing company updates and opportunities.
  • Identifying opportunities for alumni to contribute to company initiatives.
  • Developing strategies to solicit alumni support.
  • Maintaining alumni contact information and engagement history.
  • Monitoring and evaluating alumni engagement efforts.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for alumni inquiries.
  • Coordinating events and facilitating introductions between alumni and current employees.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
  • Previous experience in alumni relations or event planning preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
