Bird is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Total Rewards to lead the development and execution of our global rewards philosophy. This role will oversee compensation, equity, benefits, wellness, and perks to ensure programs are competitive, equitable, scalable, and aligned with Bird's values and growth.

Responsibilities

Design and lead Bird's global Total Rewards strategy
Align compensation, equity, benefits, and wellness programs with business goals
Partner with Finance, Legal, and business leaders

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Total Rewards
Experience at large-scale public companies and smaller-scale start-ups
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
