Responsibilities

  • Daily restocking and ordering of kitchen supplies and equipment
  • Organizing and cleaning common areas and conference rooms
  • Distributing mail and packages
  • Welcoming employees, visitors, and vendors
  • Assisting in organizing office events
  • Managing employee badges and office requests

Qualifications

  • Ability to commute to downtown Boston 3 times a week
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • 1+ years of experience in office administration
