Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest experiences
Drive sales through product and membership recommendations
Support skin goals and collaborate with Skin Educators
Maintain the Fig Bar environment
Collaborate with the team and engage the community
Ensure punctuality and attendance for scheduled shifts
