Job Description

Join our team at TownTasks as a Digital Coach and help lead and develop teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates. Drive financial performance and sales while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop teams effectively through training and active listening
Drive financial performance and sales of designated store area
Supervise and provide development opportunities for hourly and associate teams
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

2 years of college OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
Completion of job-required trainings and assessments
