Job Description

Join the Employee and Labor Relations Team in the Department of Human Resources as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Collaborate with departments, ensure fair management of staff, and support equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain trusting relationships with employees and managers
Collaborate with and influence managers
Create, audit, and sustain positive workplace relations programs
Balance time between projects and time-sensitive personnel issues

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field
4 years of HR experience OR Associate Degree with 6 years of experience OR High School diploma with 8 years of experience
Professional certifications such as SPHR preferred
