Join One Hope United as a Resource Recruitment Specialist to provide support and assistance to foster care case managers and youth in care in Joliet, IL.

Responsibilities

Conduct research and outreach to locate family members and supportive connections
Assist in transitioning youth into placement resources successfully
Provide technical assistance to casework staff serving children with specialized needs
Facilitate expansion of resources needed for children and families in foster care
Engage with various stakeholders to support stability and permanency for youth

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, criminal justice, or communication
Experience in investigation and person location preferred
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
