Responsibilities

Demonstrate leadership in all facets of store operations
Create real connections with guests and team members
Ensure sales goals are met through efficient service
Handle problem resolution and understand Profit & Loss
Organize administrative tasks for business success
Focus on long-term store success

Qualifications

1-3 years of restaurant/retail experience
Ability to work flexible hours
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma/GED preferred
1 year of supervisory experience preferred
