Job Description

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to provide overall leadership and direction to the store team.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate mastery of team member tasks
Lead shifts focusing on team engagement and guest satisfaction
Maximize product sales and manage waste
Ensure store cleanliness and quality standards
Communicate effectively with the team
Train team members on responsibilities and products
Perform administrative tasks

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service
Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be at least 18 years old
