Job Description

Oversees and maintains compelling displays in the department. Supports the Team Leader and Order Writers to ensure smooth operation of the team. Provides courteous service to customers and Team Members.

Responsibilities

Supervises and delegates tasks based on department needs.
Resolves team concerns and responds to customer needs.
Assists in sorting and stocking processes.
Creates a positive work environment and completes inventory management tasks.

Qualifications

12+ months retail experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and team building skills.
Thorough product knowledge and decision-making ability.
