Responsibilities

Supporting Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with achieving store targets
Driving sales through friendly customer service
Assisting with store deliveries, merchandising, and promotions
Ensuring store safety and legal compliance
Demonstrating products and assisting customers
Performing ear piercing

Qualifications

Some high school required
Minimum 1 year retail experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Basic computer skills
Customer service-oriented
Ability to operate POS system
