Job Description

Responsibilities

Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises
Provide excellent customer service
Adhere to all company service and operating standards
Immediately respond to emergencies & provide necessary assistance
Follow procedures for fire prevention, property patrol, and accident investigations
Standing, patrols, access control, log books and incident reports

Qualifications

A valid NYS Security License - Required
FDNY F89 or F85 or Z89 - Required
Experience in Fire Drills and Security Patrols
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Capable of giving and following complex instructions
Strong interpersonal skills
Knowledge of security operations and procedures
High School diploma/GED recommended
