Join Paylocity as an HCM Account Executive II - International to drive sales and expand market presence by selling cutting-edge Human Capital Management (HCM) Software to meet the evolving needs of the modern workforce.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets in international markets.
Identify key decision-makers and present tailored solutions.
Build relationships with existing clients and identify upselling opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and stay updated on industry trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance HCM software offerings.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate and close sales contracts.
Track sales activities and revenue forecasts using CRM software.
Stay updated on industry best practices and technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
3-5 years of experience selling HCM software internationally.
Strong understanding of HCM concepts and software value proposition.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software.
Willingness to travel internationally.
