Job Description

TownTasks is looking for a Vision Center Manager in Sacramento, CA. This role involves driving sales, overseeing the Vision Center, and providing excellent customer service in the optical department.

Responsibilities

Drive sales in the Vision Center
Ensure effective merchandise presentation
Provide direction to Associates on proper customer service approaches
Oversee community outreach programs
Ensure compliance with company policies
Supervise and develop Associates in the Vision Center

Qualifications

2 or more years of college OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience OR 2 years' general work experience including 1 year's optical experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable state laws
