Job Description

Join our team as an Early Intervention Specialist providing in-home services for infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities. Make a positive impact on the lives of children and families in need.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and provide weekly in-home services for infants and toddlers with disabilities
Administer assessments accurately and update programs on time
Design and implement activities for various developmental areas
Model effective adult-child interactions and provide coaching for parents/guardians
Monitor and share child's progress with the family and team

Qualifications

High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
1 year experience working with infants or young children
Valid CA driver's license and access to a registered vehicle
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills and compassionate approach
