Job Description

Join TJ Maxx as a Customer Experience Coordinator responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience and overseeing a team of Associates at the front of the store.

Responsibilities

- Promote a positive customer experience

- Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles

- Address customer concerns and issues promptly

- Communicate effectively with management and Associates

Qualifications

- 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership experience

- Strong understanding of merchandising techniques

- Capable of multi-tasking

- Strong communication and organizational skills
